Calming Essential Oil Blend

The Calming Blend is one of my personal favorites. I love the subtle scent of Lavender along with Ylang Ylang, Roman Chamomile, Marjoram, Sandalwood, and Vanilla Bean. I use it at  night to help me have that restful sleep needed after a busy day.

This essential oil blend calms the mind, relaxes the body, and soothes the soul, providing a safe haven from stress everybody faces on a daily basis. It is designed to lessen tension, calm emotions, and leave a peaceful feeling, perfect to diffuse at bedtime for restful night’s sleep or to help reduce anxious feelings or stress so many of us feel are faced with – and I’m don’t just mean adults but our kids too.

I love adding a drop to my hands and applying it to my neck and down to may traps and diffusing it at home.
