Relaxing Bath with Essential Oils

Taking  a relaxing and calming bath with essential oils is simply wonderful!

You can use 5-7 drops of your favorite essential oil, add it to 1 ounce of carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, vitamin e oil, or other), then slowly add to running water. Make sure to mix well in bath water. Enjoy. Relax. Rejuvenate.

Favorite Essential Oil Baths:

Calming and relaxing:
Lavender, Roman Chamomile or Calming Blend (lavender, sweet marjoram, roman chamomile, ylang ylang, sandalwood and vanilla bean)

Grounding and soothing:
Cedarwood, Sandalwood, Vetiver or Grounding Blend (spruce, Ho Wood, frankincense, and blue tansy)

Skin soother:
Lavender

Aphrodisiac:
Ylang Ylang
