Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome or POTS

Here is what can support physical and emotional wellbeing:

When someone suffers from POTS, getting sick with a cold is terrible as the symptoms will get much worse. Essential oils allow us to support the immune system. The protective essential oil blend (Wild Orange, Cinnamon, Clove, Eucalyptus, Rosemary) applied to the bottom of the feet is a great way to boost immune support. To support better sleep, Lavender and Vetiver on the bottom of the feet do the trick. Also diffusing citrus oils and other uplifting blends of essential oils create an atmosphere that helps reduce feelings of stress, increases energy levels and boosts good spirits. A general favorite is Wild Orange! There is also a digestive blend which can be very helpful with occasional stomach upset and feelings of queasiness that can occur with POTS.
