As this topic is a very frequent question and a major request when it comes to personalized support, I’ve created two special blends: 

Ease Fear & Worry Blend

Soothing, calming and  balancing, supporting the body and mind with releasing fears, worry and negativity, while promoting security, self awareness, and positivity containing: Sandalwood, Juniper Berry, Roman Chamomile, Cypress, and Bergamot Certified Pure Tested Grade Essential Oils in a base of fractionated coconut oil.

Blissful Tranquility Blend

Do you sometimes feel anxious, stressed, unbalanced, and confused? Then Blissful Tranquility is your perfect companion for easing feelings of anxiousness, releasing stress, creating a sense of inner calm, balance and peace while increasing mental clarity, focus, and uplifting moods. This special blend contains: Vetiver, Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Frankincense, Clary Sage, Marjoram, Labdanum, Cedarwood, Ho Wood, Roman Chamomile, Hawaiian Sandalwood, Rosemary, Peppermint, Spearmint, Wild Orange, and Lemon essential oils.

I’ve found that the most effective ways to use emotional support essential oils are:

  • apply to inside of wrists and rub together several times a day
  • apply to chest over the heart area as needed
  • apply to lava bead on aromatherapy bracelet or necklace to smell throughout the day
  • apply to inside of palms, rub together, hold 6” from face, close eyes, inhale for 1-2 minutes as needed

Diffuse Calming Essential Oils to Ease Anxiousness

It can also be beneficial to diffuse calming/grounding/soothing essential oils throughout the day, in the car, at work (if possible) to ease feelings of anxiousness.

Some great choices are:

Lavender
Frankincense
Sandalwood
Cedarwood
Melissa

Copaiba
