Brining Back Happiness Bringing Back Happiness

As an Aromatherapist, I educate and guide people on using essential oils to support all areas of physical wellness and emotional wellbeing. My greatest passion is supporting people with stress reduction and balancing emotions.

When I look at my family, friends, people that come to see me for wellness consultations — what they often desire is simply to live a little happier and incorporate a healthier lifestyle. Many of us feel so stressed and worried every day, that it leaves little room for happiness. My mission is it to help people find ways to reduce feelings of stress (find out about my Stress Reduction Workshops), learn ways to identify and balance emotions, and discover how to have more moments of happiness.

I’ve set up a video blog on Facebook as well as on YouTube, with the intention to post something new every day. It is not just about essential oils, to the contrary, I’m simply sharing from my life experiences and what has helped me get where I am today after loss of my husband and best friend, physical trauma, illness, depression, PTSD — just to mention a few. I understand how discouraged and almost paralyzed a life situation can make a person feel. There are things I’ve discovered and implemented in my life, that have helped me move forward on this journey we call LIFE. Those are the things, I’m offering to share.
