For many people, everyday stress builds to a level that seems too hard to handle, affecting physical health and emotional wellbeing. Pressures mount as you try to meet the demands of family and work. Caring for children or elderly parents, deadlines at the office, mounting bills, worries about health or relationships, all become overwhelming and consume your energy. Attending this workshop can give you the tools you need to “RELAX – RECOVER – RENEW”.

During the workshop you will learn about the harmful effects stress can have on your body, mind, and emotions and give you a chance to experience various essential oils, breathing techniques, meditation, and yoga poses helping you to release stress, balance emotions, and regain inner strength. We will make a personal inhaler you can take home, helping you let go of negative emotions, paving the way to forgiveness and renewal. You’ll practice restorative Yoga poses, learn various breathing techniques, and can enjoy a guided meditation, as they are essential for boosting the immune system, to rest and digest, reduce feelings of stress, and bringing awareness to the body. Leave this workshop, feeling relaxed and renewed armed with tools and techniques that will create positive change in your life!
