Two hour workshop: In the first hour, Scarlet educates about the harmful effects of stress on body and mind, offering guidance on which essential oils and techniques to use for reducing stress and balancing emotions, giving you the opportunity to smell and experience various essential oils and blends, and teaching you how to make a personal inhaler you will be able to take home, helping you let go of negative emotions. In the second part of the workshop, Julie teaches restorative Yoga poses with controlled breathing and meditation methods, as they are essential for boosting the immune system, to rest and digest, reduce feelings of stress, and bringing awareness to the body.

Practice the poses and use of essential oils at home, to support healing body and soul, and reduce the harmful effects of stress on physical and emotional wellbeing.
