Taking a relaxing and calming bath with essential oils is simply wonderful!
You can use 5-7 drops of your favorite essential oil, add it to 1 ounce of carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, vitamin e oil, or other), then slowly add to running water. Make sure to mix well in bath water. Enjoy. Relax. Rejuvenate.
