Serves 6 to 12
2 cans organic chickpeas rinsed and drained
1/3 can Tahini
1/4 cup Parsley or Cilantro
1 1/2 cups of Purified water
2-3 drops of Lemongrass essential oil
Add the essential oil drops to the tahini first and blend well. Then add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Serve with favorite chips.
