Hello Fall, Welcome Cozy!
The air is getting crisper even here in Florida and we feel drawn to colors that are golden and orange — the perfect time to bring fall scents into our homes — from the kitchen to your self-care routine. So, for some inspiration, I thought you might love to learn about a few new fun and practical ways to celebrate the fall season with essential oils.
From kitchen to diffuser, here are some great recipes for you to try!
Fall Cooking & Baking Inspiration
Bring autumn’s comforting aromas right into your kitchen! Try this delicious, immune-supporting twist on a classic:
Spiced Apple Oat Bake
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 drop doTERRA Cinnamon Bark essential oil
- 1 drop doTERRA Cardamom essential oil (optional)
- 1 diced apple + handful of chopped walnuts
Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking dish (or something similar — any oven-safe dish about that size works).
Then just:
- Smooth the top evenly with a spoon or spatula.
- Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes, until the edges are golden and the center is set.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing or scooping.
You can enjoy it warm as a cozy breakfast, snack, or healthy dessert — and it keeps beautifully in the fridge for 3–4 days.
✨ Tip: Cinnamon and cardamom oils not only smell heavenly — they support digestion and circulation during the cooler months!
Diffuser Blend for Fall Vibes
Transform your home (or office) with this cozy, comforting blend that smells like a walk through the woods on a crisp afternoon:
🍂 “Autumn Glow” Diffuser Blend:

The Autumn Glow diffuser blend fills your home with a warm, comforting aroma that lifts your spirits and brings a sense of calm and balance. Emotionally, it uplifts and energizes with the bright scent of orange, while the cinnamon, clove, and cedarwood provide grounding, cozy, and calming notes that reduce stress and promote mental clarity. Physically, it gently supports your immune system, encourages circulation, and can even help soothe your airways and promote restful sleep, making it the perfect companion for cozy fall days and crisp autumn evenings.

Boost Your Immune System from the Inside Out
As we move into the cooler months, your body needs a little extra support. Did you know that over 70% of your immune system lives in your gut? That’s why gut health and immunity go hand in hand.
Support your microbiome and immune system by:
- Eating fiber-rich, whole foods (think seasonal squashes, sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, root vegetables, cabbage, cranberries, berries, apples and more! 🍎)
- Support your microbiome with PB Restore or PB Assist
- Make sure your body gets all the vitamins and minerals it needs to function optimally (VMG+)
- Adding a drop of doTERRA Lemon or doTERRA Ginger essential oil to warm water in the morning for gentle detox support or try the new RevitaZen Organ Detox capsules
- Using On Guard blend daily for immune protection — diffuse it, apply to the soles of your feet, and use the simple On Guard hand spray to naturally disinfect
Supporting your gut balance helps your body defend against seasonal bugs naturally —and your essential oils can be a gentle, powerful part of that routine.
🍁 Wishing You a Vibrant Fall!
I hope your fall days are filled with delicious scents, cozy comforts, and plenty of time to recharge.
Breathe deeply, stay grounded, and let the season inspire you to slow down and enjoy the simple things.
