Massage jaw and neck with a blend of Lavender, Frankincense and fractionated coconut oil. Add some Marjoram, my secret ingredient, to offer even more relief! Use a dilution ratio of 3% to 5%. Apply before bedtime and after waking up in the morning.
Diffuse relaxing essential oils while sleeping such as Lavender, Roman Chamomile, Vetiver or Cedarwood.
Diffuse stress reducing citrus oils during the day! Pick Wild Orange, Lemon, Lime, Bergamot, or Tangerine or use a drop or two to combine a few scents in your diffuser.
